Do you accept Check or Money orders?
We do accept checks or money orders. When completing your order
on-line the shopping cart has complete instructions on the different payment
methods. If paying by personal check, your order will be held for 10 days
after your check arrives for the funds to clear the bank.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of your order shipping. The product and
packaging must be in new condition. If the product or packaging is not in
new condition we will contact you and ship it back to you. No refunds will
be provided for any reason if the packaging or product is not in new
condition. You must contact us prior to returning your merchandise for a
RMA #. No returns will be accepted without this number. There is a
15% restocking charge on each return, and no credit or refund will be provided
for shipping charges.
Is my information secure, what is the privacy policy?
We will NEVER sell, trade, or give your information to anyone else. Your
information will only be used for internal purposes, and the occasional e-mail
informing you of new products or current special pricing. You can
unsubscribe if you ever change your mind.
What will show up on my credit card statement?
If you pay with your credit card, "Tactical Gear Inc." will be shown
on your credit card statement. If you pay with PayPal, "Tactical
Flashlight Shop" will appear on your PayPal account or credit card
statement.
What does "out of stock" and "in
stock" really mean?
We do our best to keep our web site current with our inventory. All orders
are shipped out with 24 hours of receiving them. Orders placed on Friday
will be shipped out on Monday. There are no Saturday deliveries.
"out of stock" - This indicates we are currently out
of stock on this item. We always have more on order, but we do not know
when the new shipment will arrive. Please check back often for new
information.
"in stock" - We currently have this product in stock
ready to ship. Occasionally, we sell a bunch of items at one time, and
they may show as "in-stock" but actually be out of stock. If
this happens we will contact you within 24 hours to see if you would like to
backorder the item(s). Your credit card will not be charged until the
actual order ships.
Do you offer Quantity Discounts?
We do business with the United States Military, CIA, United States Customs,
and many local Police Departments. Obviously, we offer discounts on
quantity orders! If you are ordering over 10 of the same item, please
contact us to see what the discount would be on that item. The amount we
can offer varies by the item.
